Born and raised in rural northwestern Oklahoma, Susan Ceniceros built her career on the values of hard work, integrity, and community. She started out in her family’s construction business, gaining hands-on experience with siding, windows, and metal roofs while managing payroll, bookkeeping, and estimates. After a successful 12-year career with Walgreens, she stepped away to focus on raising her family before finding her true passion in real estate.
Rooted in both small-town values and a lifetime around ranching and rural living, Susan specializes in residential, farm, and land properties throughout the Tulsa suburbs—including Broken Arrow, Coweta, and Porter. She combines her problem-solving skills, strong communication, and dedication to service to guide clients through every step of buying or selling a home.
Her clients value her ability to listen, understand their unique needs, and create lasting relationships. “I’m committed to solving problems quickly and working hard for my clients,” she says. “Helping people achieve their dreams of homeownership is what drives me.”
When she’s not serving clients, Susan enjoys time outdoors with her husband and daughter—whether it’s camping, kayaking, or fishing on summer weekends at the lake, or spending time on the family ranch tending livestock and tackling chores together.
